Hi, I’m Brian!

My passion is helping individuals and families navigate through life’s challenges. I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am committed to providing the support needed to achieve this.

My journey toward becoming a counsellor began with my own experiences. I witnessed firsthand the impact of effective communication, empathy, and understanding. These experiences ignited my desire to help others build healthy connections and overcome obstacles.

I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various settings such as schools, community centres, churches and other groups. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills while honing my ability to create safe spaces for individuals to explore. their thoughts, feelings and emotions.

I have completed my training at Stenberg College and as a registered counsellor I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.

I bring a compassionate, humourous and empathetic approach to my work and through my experiences, education, and commitment to ongoing growth, I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to embark on your journey toward personal growth and healing.
