Online Sessions
In-Person Sessions
In-Person and Online sessions are 50 minutes in length. Online session are held using a secure video platform.
Discount Packages
3 x 50-Minute Sessions
5 x 50-Minute Sessions
10 x 50-Minute Sessions
Packages must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
You will have up to 1 year from the date of purchase to use your package sessions.
Please note* extended health benefit plans do not allow you to claim prepaid sessions – you will receive indiviual receipts after each completed session which can then be submitted to your provider for reimbursement.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made by credit card or E-Transfer. A receipt will be provided upon payment.
My Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Certified Counsellor numbers will appear.
Please check with your insurance provider. When insurance coverage is provided, you receive the infomation that the insurer needs so you can be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Notice must be given by email at the latest 24 hours, on the the previous business day before the session. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
